For 50 years, the Real Estate Agency Adriamar has been operating in the city and province of Pesaro. Its success is due to its trustworthiness and professionalism, combined with a prestigious location on the sea front promenade of the city.

Established in 1963 by Prof. Valter Brega and his wife, Mrs Emma Maria Rustici, in its early years the agency mainly operated in the field of vacation home rentals and winter/temporary apartment rentals. Later on, it expanded its business also in the field of long term rental properties. Adriamar had immediately distinguished itself in the tourism rental sector in which it specialized, also thanks to its knowledge of foreign languages.

In 1996, ownership of the agency was transferred to Giorgio and Giovanni Brega, the founders’ sons, while their father and mother remained as their aids. Since then, while maintaining its family management characteristics, the agency was renovated and computerized. It expanded its business to the sale of residential properties, selling and renting lands, commercial properties and businesses.

Thus, it expanded its operating sectors, progressively extending in every field in which a real estate agency can operate, providing a full coverage of services to sellers and renters as well as buyers and tenants.
