Adriamar manages the procurement of the technical and legal-administrative documentation necessary for an accurate identification of the property/business: deed research, ownership, accurate appraisal of the property, cadastral, legal and financial status, documentation concerning amnesties, research of the existence of any positive or negative easements, operating and running expenses, energy certification and all information useful to the buyer to facilitate the choice and for deed purposes.
